We bought a car from them and in 2 months have put $3500 into it. I don't need to say anything else. I don't trust them and wouldn't buy another car from them again. Trust is key in sales and they sold us something that looked great on the outside but clearly has some issues in the inside. It's a shame.

Why is it that people are fast to complain about the negative but short on the positive... must be human nature, this is our 2nd truck purchase from Bonham and we were looking for a specific color of truck and that was the only place I had seen it. Robin egg blue and it is gorgeous, we found the staff very courteous and got us taken care and very quickly, for those of you that have had a bad experience I'm sorry for you that sucks and we've all had one of those,, mine just wasn't at Bonham.
We have bought several vehicles from bohnam, this last purchase we had made was a 2016 D. Grand caravan. It's been in the shop now 4 times and is now back at shop again, for the same problem. We're not sure what the issue is and between hoyte in Durant and Bonham it can't be figured out. Bonham put after market shocks on my New van. First time it was in shop was at around 5900 miles and now has 6600, I'm sick of dealing with this issue and the run around with this van and the service Bonham has given us we won't purchase aga... read more
