If you tell people they have a deal you should honor it. Telling people you have a deal, come pick it up then as you said on another post, people buy them online, why don't you tell THEM it's sold. I was raised that you are only as good as your word. Says a lot about Bonham Dodge AND Kevin Kirkland who spewed lie after lie.

I had a great salesman William chessner but the service there is probably the worst I've ever in my life had. Over charging on parts and labor 7 days to diagnose a problem. So no I wouldn't recommend bonham Chrysler to anyone. I would make the drive to Dodge city of McKinney before I go to bonham Chrysler ever again.

Be suspicious while dealing with them. They recently sold my friend a Hellcat that was a lemon, while passing it off that it wasn't. They also had a white 09 wrangler. Printed off information that said they bought the jeep back and replaced several major components (engine, trans and other auxiliary components). Then the salesmen said, I could not take the paperwork, and that I would have to sign a release saying they are not responsible for the car. I told him that it seems like a lemon and the jeep was priced way to high. ... read more
