Very rude
Dr. Bongard didn't listen to my sister and she lost part of her lung. I went to see him and he didn't listen to me either. I spend the entire summer last year sick in bed with some sort of lung infection. Although he may know his field, he's got horrible bedside manners. He yells at you very loud and doesn't listen.
