I agree with the below review. Impossible to make an appointment ever since the Dr.Jang left. You can only get an phone appointment which you still have to wait over a week.If you want to visit the office,they don't have any availablility within a month.If a sick child has to wait over a month to just see his or her docter, what is the point of the pediatrics?

소아과 한국어 예약 현실적으로 불가능합니다. '제나'라는 아주머니 직원이 계속 받지도 않는데 소아과쪽으로 전화를 돌리고 나 몰라라 합니다. 전화는 계속 끊깁니다. 본인이 예약 담당이면서도 캐쉬 환자는 어떻게 할지 모르겠으니 '워크인'으로 아무 때나 와보라는 책임지지도 못할 말을 합니다. 여러 번 다시 전화해 제발 Kheir 클리닉 차원에서 예약을 잡아달라고 하소연하니 애를 한달 후에 데리고 오라고 합니다. 더 빠른 일자는 없는 것인지 되물었더니, '예약을 잡는 것만이 내 일이다'라는 취지의 답변을 하고, 일방적으로 전화를 끊습니다. 불친절, 몰상식의 극치입니다. 저도 다른 소아과 알아보려 합니다.

She was my doctor and now is the doctor of my kids. I can’t thank her enough the only doctor I trust for my kids
