cool place – Good atmosphere, friendly, with good drinks. Would be better if they had some live music or DJ's.
GREAT bar! – I have been here almost 20 times already. There is good, cheap food, and for lack of a better word, nice goth/punk candle-lit 'mood lighting'. You also get well-made drinks, and friendly service. It is consistently good. It's hip without that crappy catatonic 'hipster' service you get in a lot of other SE Portland places.
