I enjoy entertaining. Last evening I brought a group to Bonefish Grill in Fayetteville hoping for a good experience. Training is everything when brand consistency is your goal, and if our server is any sign of their standard, this brand has jumped the shark. Muscles did not come with a bowl for shells, we asked our server if we could have one, no, she said, we usually put them on the plate. WOW! She stood at the end of the table reaching out to people at the other end indicating they should pass their used plates to her...Wh... read more
Wow. Never had a problem until last year, but had a craving for bang bang shrimp.. where did your happy hour go?? Server was horrible. Too busy talking with co worker to bother with tables with people.
