Went there for our Anniversary dinner and they provided a glass of champagne and chocolates on the house. Very nice and personal touch after an excellent dinner.
Reservation time, at least on our Friday night visit during Lent was running 35 minute delay after our appointed time. Food ordered was not what was delivered in 2 of 5 people, also problems at tables nearby that we observed. Dishes tasted good, however. Server competent but certainly not her best day. She removed no dishes after dinner either. 3 was a generous rating.
Our go to place for just the two of us. Great service. Wonderful food at good prices.

My brother and his wife eat at the particular location we attended last night often, and just love it. Our service last night was terrible, and all of our food was served cold. Very disappointed as that was my first visit to a Bonefish Grille, and I was looking forward to the scallops with parmesan risotto.
