I wouldn’t recommend Bonefish Grill. The food was cold, and bland. Bartender was the highlight of the night.
Poor food service and management. Seated at the bar with Kim and Mary. They were very friendly but kitchen let us down. We waited 20 min for two salads, then waited another 30 for dinner. Fish Tacos were served cold with over cooked rice. Management (Dustin) never came to ask about our dinner experience. He did comp the meal but would have preferred a conversation about the food service. He did a disservice to his staff. Not be back anytime soon.
My husband and I went tonight and we were seated in the bar. Shawn took care of us and she was absolutely amazing. We (and the rest of her customers) were treated like VIP even though it was VERY busy. It did take a minute for the food, but it was worth the wait. The entire staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. The girl behind the bar made a mean margarita and kept her customers engaged. We had a wonderful experience and will be back soon!

The crab cakes was falling apart, the Brussel sprout portions was bigger than the Atlantic Salmon that was served and they were extremely over cooked. Our waiter was excellent but you don’t go to a upscale restaurant for excellent customer service and disappointing food.
