Ablsolutly the worst experience.... don't think we will be back. The food was subpar for the price. The wait staff inexperienced and you would think the bartenders would get it right...NOPE....how in the hell do you mess up a martini and then give attitude when asked to correct...just flat out disappointed...!
After having eaten at several locations around the country I can honestly say this is the worst one of those I've tried. The Bang Bang shrimp is bland and where's the rest of it? The croutons are not as seasoned or soft. I don't know what's wrong with the Ceasar salad. Yesterday, my family and I ate at the Bonefish in Kissimmee, FL (7801 W Irlo Bronson Hwy.) and I was reminded of how the food SHOULD taste. The food was great and the service was ok. I would definitely go back.
Tried making reservations but online system wasn't working. Decided to arrive at 4:45pm for a quick and early dinner. The hostess asked if we had reservations, and gave us a sarcastic look when we said no. She said "all this section is booked for 5pm Valentines reservations"... so we sat in the bar, sharing a high table with other patrons. We couldn't help but noticed "that side of the restaurant" never got busy -went from 2 tables when we arrived, to maximum 5 when we left at 5:50pm!!! Bad business.
Server was wonderful and the food was too! We enjoyed the signature bang bang shrimp as our appetizer; we also had the sea bass which was divine.
Dropped in last night. The host asked if we had reservations and when we said no he replied "oooh." in a very condescending tone. It was a pretty slow Tuesday night. They weren't even half full. He said they had only tables and no booth. We were seated at a table in the bar area. No biggie. Ten minutes later we still had not even been acknowledged by any servers. It wasn't crowded.
