Up until yesterday, I thought the food was great at Bonefish. But I ordered the crab cake with Filet Mignon. It ended up being a crab cake with sirloin. The waitress insisted it was filet. It certainly was not. And our table mate ordered Chilean Sea bass. He also said it most certainly was not. I am sure part of the problem was that it was New Year's Eve and crowded.
