My husband and I ate here on the 30th and had an amazing experience. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful. He made sure we were taken care of without hovering. I can’t remember his name right now, but I’ll find the receipt if I can. We sat in a booth in the main dining room and ate at 5:15 if that helps...I ordered a Moscow mule and it was so tasty! Caleb was an EXCELLENT server, took the time to explain dishes and sauces to us, as it was our first time here. The Bang Bang shrimp is listed as an appetizer, but is enough to be an entree! The food is wonderful! We WILL be back!
I am so livid what kind of restaurant serves a customer hot scalding water that measures at 200 plus degrees. No thanks to Bonefish Grill my mother has 1st and 2nd degree burns. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 not to mention our food was served cold my moms steak looked like beef jerky and even after all that happened we were charged full price for the meal. the staff who were working at that time were incompetent in knowing what to do in these types of situations. thankfully a manger who had common sense got in touch with us and refunded ... read more
