So I had by far my worst dining experience in the 14 years I have lived in the Charlotte area last evening at Bone Fish Grill in Birkdale. Our waitress spilled a container of dipping sauce down my uncle's shirt and part of his shorts. To make matters worse the manager came over and offered to pay for dry cleaning, but my aunt and uncle said they were heading back to Pittsburgh today and then he replied," do they not have dry cleaners in Pittsburgh?" Great food and excellent Bartenders.
Horrible! Waited 35 min for brunch to come out from time of ordering then about 10 mins later I get the remainder portion of my meal... Coffee never refilled... No spoon to stir coffee and can you guess next I needed to ask for more sugar and creamer... Manager didn't come over till about 10 mins after requesting. Needless to say I will never go back... Beware!!!
