I would have normally given 5 stars due that this being the first time I've had a bad experience. I feel misled by their reservation system. My husband made reservations for 8:30 and when we arrived the hostess said it would 10-15 minutes. After 25 minutes, I approached another hostess and now they had no reservation under our name. Terrible system. I would have been better off just walking in off the street. The hostess didn't know when she would be able to seat us. So, we just left the restaurant.
Last night my husband and I had the opportunity to try Bonefish for the first time. We were both blown away. The bang bang shrimp appetizer was amazing. My husband had your swordfish and I have never seen him enjoy a meal as much. I had your wild salmon with the lily sauce and it was the best!! This was by far the best dining experience we have shared in our 20 years here in the Charlotte area. Well done and we will see you again soon!!!
