It’s ridiculous to put in a reservation an hour and a half before arriving and upon arrival be told it will be another 30 minute wait! During the reservation process you ask for a phone number. If you are unable to to fulfill the request you should call and let the customer know. Especially if your reason isn’t because you are busy but because you didn’t bring in enough staff to accommodate!
Everything was undercooked. I'm talking about crunchy raw rice, raw broccoli, and undercooked salmon served to my pregnant daughter. The haddock and au gratin potatoes were also undercooked. We are visiting the area from out of town and normally we love Bonefish in Ohio. We won't be going back to this location.

BangBang Shrimp, lots of seafood options as well as other meat dishes. Great desert also.
