Service was not good. Waitress disappeared multiple times. Water pitcher was left on table with no glasses. Food was not worth the $100. Wish I had a better experience. Wouldn't say a word if the meal was only $30-$50 but over a hundred should be better than this.
My daughter my son nlaw and my boyfriend just walked out because after being seated we waited to get served and after ten minutes of waiting didn't get any service. Waiter kept walking past us. After seeing another group get seated in our section the was seated the waiter walked by our table and went to them. It's a shame too because the last time we ate there the bill and tip was over 200$ ...Yalls loss
Unfortunately we had an exceptionally poor experience. While they did comp our meal, it did not make up for it. We were there for over 2 hours for the meal. It started off well, but then the kitchen lost our order. After 45 minutes and no waitress, I asked for the manager. He informed me the meal ticket was lost and they would have our meal out in 15-20. Always great when we go. Food was delicious. My imperial longfin is my favorite! We did feel like the server was rushing us at times. She did a good job, but when asking for things during dinner or after we felt really rushed. Tried to order dessert and we ordered one and she was about to walk away until we caught her and said we weren't finished we wanted to order two desserts. Service could be a bit better there. Servers are always nice and friendly, but are slow approaching the table after sitting down.
The best service and the best seafood meal ever!!! We WILL be back again. An awesome experience.
