I’ve never waited for service this long in my life. Our same servers took care of a table next to us 5 times for ever 1 to ours. It’s almost like we didn’t exist the entire night. Food was decent but it was some of the worst service imaginable.
So disappointed in one of our favorite eating places. It took a long time to get our check and then waited for waitress to come back for it. They used give coupons for birthdays, not anymore. Won’t take aarp either for groups over 5? O well, no incentive to go back anytime soon.
good food and staff are great but it is way too tight in there. They have so many tables crammed in you are practically eating with the table beside you and staff can barely get through. If you have any physical limitations it may not be the place for you
As first timers to Bonefish Grill my husband and I had the pleasure in experiencing their great food. Enjoyed Fish & chips and Pad Thai shrimp. Superb taste. Planning to go there again to try different dishes.
