My birthday was Friday, 5/22. For years I have received a coupon for a free Bang Bang Shrimp. Did not get one this year. Sent an email via the Contact Us link on the website. Got a reply *with* a coupon within moments! I called and placed a ToGo order today. Received the order with bread and dipping oil. There was NO SAUCE on the shrimp! One might say it was Bangless Shrimp. Very disappointed!
My husband and I had a fantastic dinner last night. It was wonderful to get dressed up and go out to celebrate our anniversary! Music playlist was great, too ! Disappointed you didn’t have lobster, but I ended up ordering filet and scallops and it was delicious!! Shout out to one of your managers Liz, she’s an asset to your company. I appreciate you guys working to provide curbside service but you need to get more organized. I placed my order and gave my card. Got a call back that they needed my expiration date again. Went to pickup and the plan sounded good but way too crowded at the door. Brought the food out but needed my physical card, which I gave, and had to sign.
