Bonefish was not prepared for Mother's Day we arrived 20 minutes early for our reservations and still had to wait an hour to be seated and they had nerves enough to ask did we want to sit outside. Bonefish honored the walk-in instead of reservations our waitress was upset but she apologized & tried to explain what was going on. We waited another hour for our food and didn't get one of our sides. I will not be going back to Bonefish again for mother's day nor any time soon.
The food is great they are too busy on Mother's Day and I know a lot of people are not ok but that's how it is when you have good food.
Took 63 minutes to get a table for four. It was the pre mother's Sunday dinner and looks like the whole town lined up for good food. You had more people outside than inside. The crowd was just insane. The management made the long wait worthwhile by passing small chops and sample drinks around. And once in it took less than ten minutes to get the food. Very courteous server and the manager was very hands on. Good job guys... we shall be back!!!
Nice food, great service. Would like to go back with a special someone who likes to eat off my plate. I get cheated when My friends order shrimp. Being that I can't eat it.they eat my food and all I could do is watch them. I still enjoy it, though.
The food was very good, the layout was crowded which did lead to my chair being knocked into 3-4 times by help, and the service was cordial, friendly and sincere.
Visiting my dad from NJ and had a great experience here! Staff was friendly, service was wonderful and food was amazing! I enjoy Bonefish Grill at home and knew it would be just as good here in Augusta!
My Bloody Mary was very good. My entrée was very good. The service was not.
Food was great and the waiter we had was awesome. Atmosphere was good. I will definitely return the next time I visit.
Normally a HUGE Bonefish Grill fan. Yesterday's visit was bad. Poor, rushed service and the food was only okay. To top it off, it was my 50th birthday.
