We just left Bonefish after a remarkably poor experience. After taking one bite it was clear my fish was spoiled. After spitting it out in my napkin, I realized the whole fish smelled. The server took it back and that was the last we saw of her. Another server finished up and no one from the kitchen or management came back to apologize until shortly before we left when I asked our replacement server what happened.
