Bonefish grill has always been one of my favorites!!! But the last 3 times I've been the food has been luck warm no flyover. Not happy. And not just one place. The one in Novi Michigan. Then thr one at UTC mall in Sarasota and now Venice Florida tonight !!! Not sure what is going on but it is really a shame. My go to place here and Michigan and now I don't care if I go back. Bummer.
Service was terrible. Steaks were good, not great. Lobster tail was so rubbery I needed a steak knife. Also no taste at all to the lobster. But waitress just came back and told us that she removed lobster tail from bill because she saw I did not like it. I will leave feeling better now.
Love Bonefish Grill in Venice, FL. Staff is great, food is delicious and my wife and I love to eat in the bar where the atmosphere is perfect!
Went there last Sunday and we walked out! It wasn't busy but we waited for 25mins & no waiter came into our table to get our orders,not even gave us water! It sucks! Never coming back!
