No one answers the phone. Option 6-3. I have called a dozen different times. I wanted to make an appointment for 3 days. No answer. How can they run a business?
Went for knee pain I am having. they scheduled me for an MRI on Dec.17th - said they had to get is approved through my insurance... which I understand. Went to have the MRI done and I was not able to do it because its only 24" wide(im 27" w) no problem, so they gave me a list of places to go.... got home that night and I had a letter from my insurance company that they denied my MRI request on Dec 11 and the Doctor was notified about this decision.! If I had the MRI done I WOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY FOR IT! WOW... not one word th... read more
Really had a great experience at the Merrillville office. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very patient with all my questions and I got the answers I needed, but hoping physical therapy will help elevate my symptoms. Overall the staff was great and the doctor was very helpful and patient. I was so nervous too and he was very kind.
Dr. Ham has done a few of my knee surgeries exceptional exceptional results great experience !!!!!! Thank you. All so much!!!!!
