Had to wait over 3 hours for appointment and once got back here waited over an hour! No one said anything about having to wait so long!
I’ve never had to wait over 5 minutes to be seen. Best wait time of any doctors office I’ve ever been in.
My first visit here and was totally impressed at how organized and prompt the entire staff was. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant. Lots of parking available.
Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been very disappointing. Matt Burnett is very caring, but the majority of the office and nursing staff is not. Communication is consistently poor and scheduling takes forever. Reaching staff by phone is nearly impossible, as calls often go unanswered and messages are not returned. This place has totally changed! The secretaries are very rude. I’ve been out of work for three months due to car accident .the physician has resigned who took me out of work. He was replaced with another doctor, whom I have to wait 3 months to see, just to get a work note! Now, I’m in jeopardy of losing my employment!
