This place has totally changed! The secretaries are very rude. I’ve been out of work for three months due to car accident .the physician has resigned who took me out of work. He was replaced with another doctor, whom I have to wait 3 months to see, just to get a work note! Now, I’m in jeopardy of losing my employment!
Our family has been here on several occasions for various reasons over the years. Always refreshingly and pleasantly pleased with the knowledge of the medical professionals and customer service has been excellent 👍
They literally lose you in their shuffle. They give patients with orthopedic pain, no time to move slowly as needed again in their fast shuffle. They won’t discuss MRI results with you or allow you to make an appointment or respond to portal or call you on Wednesdays and Thursdays when they’re available with their lists of MRI results. They take your insurance and provide zero service or pain relief to cover themselves only. I injured my hand in March of 2024 and had a surgery in July to repair my extensor tendon and the A1 and A2 pulley in July of 2024 in Binghamton, NY. After the surgery and months of rehab, I was unable to move my finger much. My therapists recommended seeing Dr. Loftus. I am very grateful I took their advice. Dr. Loftus performed a tenolysis surgery and my finger and hand are so much better. I can actually bend my finger and close my hand again!
