Had this intern, that did not understand bedside manner or understanding of my pain. I don't like doctors in general, especially orthopedic doctors.Because they don't take the time to read the chart about the patient. If you don't know about the patient before you open the door. Why does the patient fill out the form of information?
I came here in October of last year after I visited Urgent Care for a very bad left thumb injury. I called shortly after they opened to get in quickly. I was trying to schedule an appointment for early that afternoon. They told me they couldn't see me that afternoon. I don't know if they truly couldn't, or wouldn't. I get there before 9:30 and I saw Dr. Vrendenburgh. He was ok, but he talked kind of quickly and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Thank golly my mom was with me. Exceptional doctors, I will gladly wait for as long as it takes in the waiting room because I know when it is my turn they will give me the same time and respect for my care.
Great care from knowledgeable doctors. Office staff is also very helpful.
Had to wait over 3 hours for appointment and once got back here waited over an hour! No one said anything about having to wait so long!
