Having osteoperosis I have several doctors here. I notice people are willing to travel over an hour to be treated here. Doctors are very good and most services are performed in the same building, ie make their own casts, braces, outpatient surgery, MRIs, etc.
My daughter and I had an exceptional experience here. So much so that I felt inclined to leave a review. We got a same day (same hour) appointment. Had X-rays, saw the provider, had a cast all within one hour. Best experience I’ve had at a medical facility in years!
My daughter is currently a patient at Upstate Ortho for clubfoot treatment, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. The pediatric doctors, nurses, and staff have been amazing throughout this entire process. Everyone has been so kind, informative, patient, and reassuring during what can be a very emotional experience for a parent. My daughter started casting at just 2 weeks old and the progress we saw after even the first set of casts was incredible.
