this issue was resolved. Thanks BIG!!!! We'll be back! We've been regulars for a few months, having supper at BIG once or twice a week. I always get the Irish potato skins with green peppers, onions and bacon. Yummy. Tonight, however, the waitress charged extra for bacon because "we always use bacon bits." She grudgingly believed I had gotten bacon after an extended and ongoing debate and promised to straighten out the other waitresses. Went here for dinner lastnight got the $10.29shirmp dinner. Fries were burnt to a crisp. Didn't get my second side of mashed potatoes until I asked. By time I got new fries & my potatoes everyone was done eating. Got home potatoes were powder and disgusting. The drinks I ordered were $4.25 when I was told they were $3 or I wouldn't of ordered so many. They were also the smallest drinks I've ever gotten a at a restaurant so it was just ridiculous. My wife and I enjoy going to Bone Island Grille at least once a month. We have enjoyed eating several selections from the menu.
I was with a large group of women and it was during a Friday night dinner. It was busy. Jill is always fabulous so attentive and always gets it right! Everyone had great meals and cocktails. We will go back for both service and food!
