Used to eat here all the time with good food, but the past 3 times I have been there, no one has liked their food.. and the past 2 times, was there for breakfast and you burnt my toast on 2 different occasions and I couldn’t eat it... how can you mess up toast ?

Stopped in last Wednesday, never heard of the place or been in the area. Little confused when we first walked in, was not immediately greeted and did not see any “seat yourself” sign but we did anyway. Got the Island Mahi Sandwich and was absolutely blown away by the flavor! The blackened fish, grilled pineapple, sauce, and Hawaiian bun 🤤 Fries tasted homemade, soup was delicious, and our server was outstanding. so far I've been happy with all the food I've had there wonderful staff and the cooks have not let me down
Heat the soup up more ask our waitress to be sure the sea food chowder was hot it came out luke warm. then she said they were out of crackers WTF how. Asked the waitress to have our fries to be fried extra crispy and they came out soggy and almost raw. Wifes ruban sandwich had no flavor. My fish was dry and hardly any flavor. Next to impossible to get a drink refill. tonite will be our last visit to Bone Island Grille
Worst service ever!! I will not be back ordered my steak medium done and it came almost rare never got drink refills. My husband and me were basically ignored. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Another great meal and service tonight at BIG!! Had our regular "Smoothed Chicken " Yummy as always. Absolutely great service .. love our waitress.. Thanks for a great evening!!
Food was ok. Wife had to send back steak that was way under cooked. Service was terrible, server only checked on us once and never offered refills. Will think twice before returning.
