My pain doctor sent me here for knee related problems. When I arrived I checked in it seemed like everything rolled along very smoothly. Everyone was absolutely fantastic. The doctor was very friendly and patient. He explained in great detail. I’m happy that I came here.
This doctor's Office staff are very unprofessional! I had my first appt.June 12th with the Ortho just a consult, which went fine but one of the staff came in requesting a deposit for a future surgery that was yet scheduled stating that it was refundable but then handed me a form to sign for the deposit which did not have anything stating it was refundable which I refused to sign because even though they said the deposit was refundable the form did not state that which legally they would not have to refund it.
