We visited for the first time last night- absolutely fell in love with the extraordinary 'customer service' and quality products! Our fluffy 'Gia' was spoiled while getting fitted for her first harness. Thank you for offering a locally owned shopping source for our fur-family! We'll be back!
Excellent service! Brought my 9 week old puppy Marge for the first time and she got so excited when she entered she peed on the floor haha. The young man working (forgot to grab his name) was so nice and understanding and cleaned it up no problem. Allie was also super helpful with suggestions for chew toys, food, and shampoo. Everyone was so kind and gave Marge lots of special attention and treats that definitely had her thrilled :) great store, staff, and products, will definitely be back!
Very friendly staff at the 42 University location! Our dog Candy had lot's of fun. Even got to see the mailman!
I love their friendly atmosphere, kind and knowledgeable staff. I love that it's a locally owned business. Their prices are very fair, their selections are fantastic and their customer service is outstanding.
Just stopped in to ask a few questions and the lady gave me tons of free samples for my dogs. I will definitely be back to make purchases. This store is awesome.
