My girlfriend and I have been shopping here for a few months now and the associates have been so incredibly helpful. We have two picky cats and not only were the associates invaluable in finding types of food that our cats might like they also recommended we try, what is now, our favorite cat litter. What made me write this review was we were looking for Dave's shredded chicken canned cat food and they were out. Seriously the very best companion animal store in Iowa. Owned and operated by a local person who is awesome. The staff is also great--kind, helpful, and thoughtful. My dogs love April and her staff! The best place--and prices are better than the big impersonal stores.
First time stopping by the store. Wasn't really looking for anything in particular just wanted to check it out. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let me be and wonder around and we're there when I had questions about the products they carry. Appreciated the samples of different dog food so I could let my dogs try it before buying a big bag. Love, love, love this store. The customer service is phenomenal. The staff are excellent and very helpful. I could go on forever about how great this store is but I will finish with you can't go wrong with shopping here.
