should be able to SLICE through an onion or CUT fabric with the newly sharpened tools i left in the hands of the matriarch of this business to BE sharpened. but i can neither slice nor cut any better than before i paid 85 dollars to her (while enduring way too long chatty stories about her past. god bless her, but people have schedules!) won’t be dropping in here ever again.
I've had several types of kitchen knives sharpened over the past couple of years. The results have always been great with sharp knives that actually stay that way even with near daily use.
The best knives and cutlery store in all of Las Vegas! Definitely recommend!
