There was, unfortunately, a miscommunication with my property manager and Bonds Elite. Once Bonds Elite knew I had been without air for a few days, they quickly sent someone out same-day to diagnose the issue and get my repairs started. I worked with Joel, who was very knowledgeable and genuinely a kind person! I was throughly impressed with their professionalism. While I don't get to control who my Property Manager hires, I already recommended this company to people I know!
The professional performance and efficiency of the AC crew of two employees and the Electrical crew of three, on two separate days, with two different crews were so organized and knowledgeable that I would recommend this company. Top notch and 5 stars!
