It turns out the new company had a completely wrong number for me they had received from Bond's Alarm, so when my alarm went off this past weekend, they called another number and left a message. I have their systems installed and both of my companies. Their Equipment Works fantastic and if an alarm goes off I get an instant phone call and response from the alarm company. service is always top-notch their installer guys are super funny and I enjoy talking to their salesperson.
