Unfortunately I have never left a one star review, but this was such a terrible experience. I desperately needed a steam clean for a skunk smell, and I called around. Shane, the man on the end of the 310 phone number, let me know they would be available for a steam clean at 7pm. I was desperate, and willing to wait for them. Rescheduled just to never show up I find out through my boyfriend they never came!!! Don’t book these fools and you will reap what you sow
I was excited to see what the cleaning was going to look like when I booked a move out cleaning. I was rescheduled once due to some kind of vehicle problem and on the second time I was told I was scheduled for the next day, which is not what I was told. So on third appointment change I didn’t not hear anything when it was 30 mins past my appointment time. Terrible service. Rescheduled me twice before I asked for a refund.
This place is a scam. Their "call service" called to cancel and hour and 15 mins before my clean due to "an accident." I had already made arrangements for my dog to be elsewhere and paid my deposit. They also operate under Crystal Cleanerz. The owner (?) Shayan (whose LLC you're paying via Zelle) called me and asked "how can I help you?" I was like idk bro you called me? Their business practices are awful and they are a scam. Here's a pic of my Zelle which I assume they'll never refund because they are SCAMMERS.
