Dr. Wroten is great but I have never met a more rude receptionist in my life!!!!!!

Our appointment was at 3:40 pm for my 3 year old we didn’t leave until 5:15 for an eye check. 3 people that got there after us were taken back before very unorganized. The people were not helpful. I didn’t even see the doctor until 4:45 pm a hour after my appointment. As a professional if I don’t make appointments on time I could get fired. We will not be back. It was a horrible experience.
I’m just receiving a bill for $105 in March from a visit in January! It was understood that my eye care insurance covered this annual checkup appointment IN FULL. It reads specifically for the “contact lens exam.” I only wear ONE contact lens for mono-vision and I was not given a contact lens or glasses prescription. I won’t be returning.
We really like going to the Bond-Wroten eye clinic! We see Dr Charles Wroten he is very friendly and so is the staff !!
Dr. Coleman is the best eye doctor ever! Her staff is professional and gentle. They always have the latest technology to make your visit speedy while looking out for the health of your eyes. I highly recommend visiting this office!
