Incredibly disappointed with a recent experience at Bond Vet Logan Circle. I had some concerns with my older pet and brought her in for some diagnostic testing. $500 later, I waited two days and ended up having to call the office to ask what had happened to the test results. The receptionist let me know that the vet was in and she would call me back shortly. Instead of a call, 10 minutes later I got an email telling me that my dog has diabetes. No call. I’m very disappointed with my recent experience here. I booked my cat’s annual check up for 7:30 PM today specifically so I could get her exam and nail trim done before going out of town. Yesterday, I received a voicemail saying the vet was sick and the appointment needed to be rescheduled. But when I called the clinic at 5 PM today on the day of the appointment, I was told something entirely different, that the same vet was leaving at 6 PM. I’ve been multiple times. I like the place and how they work with my dog. I’ve never had an issue and my dog has always done well with their treatments.
Very good visit. Everyone was very professional, helpful and customer focused. Very nice and clean facility
