My second visit to Bond Vet-Jersey City. They didn’t have any appointments available for an urgent, last minute visit first thing on a Monday morning, but I was able to walk-in. Upon walking in, they asked a few questions and then took my dog back to begin taking vitals.
I moved from NYC to NJ and Bond Vet has helped me maintain consistency with my dogs vaccination schedules and any other concern I’ve had in my year here. The vets are always super friendly and make my dog feel comfortable and less nervous about coming in. They’re super transparent about pricing and ensure you’re fully informed before moving forward with any procedure. Also, not to mention that they have great availability for scheduling and are always so flexible. Love coming back here!
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I feel it's crucial for others to be aware, especially in urgent situations like mine. I arranged a telehealth appointment for my sick cat, but when I connected with the vet, the call dropped due to a poor connection, leaving us disconnected for about 10-15 minutes. During the appointment, I explained my cat's condition, and the vet prescribed some medication and outlined the next steps for care. BEST VET IN NJ!!! Bond Vet has INCREDIBLE service. Every single doctor and nurse I’ve interacted with is absolutely amazing. You can really tell how passionate and knowledgeable everyone is about animal care. Huge shout out to Dr. Shannon and Dr. Jones for treating my cat with so much care and for Nurse Merris for checking in on my cat multiple times after his neutering surgery and give me amazing advice!
