I had amazing experience at the Hoboken location but the JC location was pretty awful. They did not honor my appointment time and asked me to wait for an hour. My scheduled doctor was too busy to help me. And staff were very rude to me as well… I understand they are busy but they could treat me with more respect and communicate better.
100% do not recommend the jersey city location. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews for dr shannon; those accounts are either fake or have little review history
Everyone at Bond Vet was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to consider my financial situation and helped me clearly understand what was happening with my cat, Kasumi. When they realized the seriousness of her condition, they immediately scheduled her for emergency surgery the very same day to perform an urgent spay.
