Insane story (and full disclosure, still developing). When my dog came down with kennel cough RIGHT before I was planning to go out of town, I went to my regular Bond Vet - UES in NYC to get a full work up and treatment plan. They were lovely for 3 separate visits over the course of 1 week. Unfortunately, my wiggly, anxious little rescue did not cooperate with the recommended nasal and eye swab the night before my flight. I was told I could schedule a nurse appointment at Bond - Capitol Hill for a sputum sample, which would ... read more
The staff here is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and you can tell they all really care about your pets as if they’re their own. They also are very transparent about costs and help you parse through their recommendations to ensure you’re not totally breaking the bank. We worked with Dr. Shalini Radhakrishnan and she was readily available for last-minute visits and update calls for our pup’s continued care. I couldn’t recommend Bond Vet and especially this location highly enough!
They stole my money. They stated that they were going to refund me my money i have been waiting for months. They charged me for medication that i didn’t want. I did speak to the boss she acted like she was there to help and her excuse on why she didn’t refund me is because they have to pay back an percentage on all refunds issued i don’t recommend this location. And i hope HR does an full investigation. They priority should be our children (cats, dog). But its not it the wellbeing of their pockets. I have never seen anything... read more
Bond Vet Cap Hill has such a kind and caring team. My elderly dog has been in several times with various issue or concerns and they always make sure he’s comfortable. I can always reach out with questions via email and they are so thoughtful and compassionate. We switched from another vet we had seen for years and it was the best decision, I highly recommend them to other pet owners!
I was skeptical of using a national chain for an emergency vet visit but this place is in my neighborhood and I had heard a positive report from a neighbor. I was very impressed -- vet was thorough, knowledgeable and seemed to know and respect the team at my regular vet. Bonus: My dog had to be dragged away from the treat trough in the lobby. I felt we had great service, sound advice, and a collaborative approach to our pet's care with her regular vet.
