I’m a Japanese working holiday student in Toronto, and I was full of anxiety about seeing a dentist here. From the very first phone inquiry, the staff were extremely kind and attentive. I called and visited on the same day, and they went out of their way to make sure everything stayed within my insurance coverage, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. Poor professional clinic. There is never a doctor(dentist) in the clinic. Last 2 times I went for cleaning made me wait for one and never arrived. Poor management and inexistent doctors.
Really lovely staff, every single person I’ve spoken to is so helpful, and kind. Dr. Milos was very attentive, making sure I wasn’t in pain and explained everything that was happening so I knew what was going on. There also weren’t any hidden fees in the cleaning promotion. After that, they helped me figure out my insurance so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for fillings. Really lovely experience!
