Jay called the day our listing had expired. Our condo had been on the market for a few months and we were prepared to hold onto the property and rent it. Jay said, if we gave him a shot, he'd know the market for our property within a week. After he explained his strategy, we said we'd give him 10 days. If we didn't accept an offer by that time, we were going to pull the property off the market. He agreed and we accepted an offer 6 days later.
