Very upsetting.. I was referred to them and couldn't be more disappointed. The way they spoke to me on the phone was just not okay—really unprofessional and rude. They messed up my order, and instead of just saying sorry and trying to fix it, the person on the phone got really rude and defensive. There are better decoration companies out there, much more affordable as well. This company is not reliable, I don't recommend at all.

Is this company a scam? No one picking up the phone, phone doesn’t even ring, just a beep, no introduction or anything to indicate this is a legit business. Paid for a package after getting an email but did not get a response back after I messaged them back.
