I think they are full of c*** because I had up to four reservations due to there broken website an to my inconvenience there was nothing handle. Yes there were several attempts to fix an resolved but right back where I started in the beginning. They literally took up my whole day an caused a refund to my movers whom I had purchased on the same day the truck was reserved. They step me up as a service center and then didn't give us the proper login and it took months of people calling trying to book but guess what, we couldn't log in.

Uhaul has serious issues with their booking and reservation system and will leave you hanging when you are in the midst of having to move.Scheduled a 20 foot truck at a specific pick up time and location. 4 days before the move they called to say they were switching the pick up time, location, drop off location (to another city), and dropped us down two truck sizes. A reservation system should reject bookings if no trucks are available.Went to get the truck, had 24 moving blankets reserved, were told they had none. My move w... read more

Do not use this ********************** unless you want a complete headache on the day of your move or the day before. I reserved a 26ft ********************** from the ********* ******* location 2 months prior to my move date of June 29/21. At the time I was told that I might have to pick up the ********************** from a different location and that they would call me the day before to confirm pick up location. Horrible location, withdrew funds for services not rendered. Will never do business with this location.

BUYER ******!!!!! DO NOT RENT **** THIS COMPANY1!! I gave 1 star **** because I had to give something! I would give **** if possible! Unacceptable customer service and unreliable reservations! I reserved a one-way 20ft truck online for a Sunday morning pick-up. I was then notified there was not a truck available but a representative would be contacting me shortly. I reserved a moving ********************** through ********************** online. I received an Order Summary with reservation #29158393. The day before I was supposed to pick up the ********************** I called the ********************** location that was given on my order summary (that I selected online). Uhaul rented us a broken car trailer. When we went to load our car on the trailer the trailer came off our hitch and damaged our vehicle. Uhaul is trying to claim trailer is fine but it is actually broke. Uhaul is refusing to pay for damages. I assume that trailer is back up for rent so beware and make sure everything you rent from them is secure because they will not pay for the damage! Hate I wasted my money on this business!
