I have used this location several times over the years. Lately, I have been overcharged for gas TWICE. Don't think you can call their phone number about this........you will be on a one hour hold, and then get cut off and have to start all over again. No, you have to drive there and wait in line, and spend an hour getting the overcharge fixed. Oh, and make sure you take LOTS of photos. On August 26th, I planned to move my belongings into a U-Haul storage unit. To do so, I reserved a U-Haul truck to help me transport from my apartment to the storage unit I also reserved. I received the truck and loaded my belongings. I drove to the storage unit and they didnt have my storage unit. They didnt have any storage units in the size I reserved for. Doo doo dat dat simply reserved a truck to haul belongings. Relative was going to pay for the expense. I tried to utilise the Chat box was on "hold" for 15 minutes. I phoned the customer service number where the wait time was over 30 minutes. I emailed four people for nothing since nobody would simply take our money so I could pick up the truck. The WORST ever. If I move again, Good gravy, I'll carry every belonging I have rather than deal with this lousy, worst, inefficient, time-suck company. No service, no attentiveness. ... read more

UHauls online system glitched while I was loaning out my truck. I was unable to verify the fuel and mileage. uhaul ended up charging me for 102 miles. I explained to them I only went 102 KM! Its been almost two months. The first employee agreed that he could account for **** miles. He sent it to the supervisor and the supervisor said no. I emailed him back and he never responded. I emailed service@uhaul and they never replied. I followed up again and the manager said no again. This company doesnt care about their customers. ... read more

IF YOU FIND YOURSELF IN ****, **, DO NOT RENT A U-HAUL FROM ******************** NEW AND USED!Where to begin. I had the "joy" of renting a U-Haul from the above location on August 7, 2021. I picked a time slot when the location was open, rented a moving service, and planned ahead. Turns out the location wasn't staffed. In fact, the location was closed despite U-Haul's website holding otherwise. I agree with others that I wish there were negative stars one could assign. The U-Haul Storage facility in ***********, ** is the poorest run commercial enterprise I have encountered in my 63 years on this earth. The **** system went out in late July and the temperature in the "climate controlled" facility hovered around 93 degrees for over 2 weeks. I was told there was a part on order to fix a broken **** unit, but because of Covid it might take awhile. I moved a bunch of the most fragile things out of the unit and asked fo... read more

Uhaul is a nightmare! They do not honour reservations when it comes to equipment or time of pickup. I showed up to pickup my truck at the schedule time and the key had not been "staged" for the 24/7 self pickup and was just told "sorry that happens sometimes" They promised me a 50$ rebate because I had a "reservation guarantee" on my booking. It has been over a month and I have not received this yet. I would give ZERO stars.

Unbelievably bad service and POOR online portal.I was charged a late fee AFTER setting up automatic payments.I'm not sure where my card information went, or why it was not saved, but if you have a storage rental unit DO NOT rely on their "automatic withdrawal" system. It does not work and you will find yourself with stuck with a late fee and no form of customer service for recourse. After entering card information for a second time for automatic withdrawal, it again did not work. Even worse, is that it is practically impossi... read more

Local agency, ******* **, added $40 safe tow coverage without consent on a prepaid online order. As there is no physical receipt with the online check-in and email system, I believe this is a common practice. If i had not been reviewing my previous transactions online, I never would have caught a second transaction. Filed false charges claim with my bank to handle the refund process, as there was an over 25 minute wait on the company's line to discuss past rentals.
