This location, while clean and safe, has some serious issues they need to address. In January 2021, the manager at the time emptied my unit at the facility after I told her I had to quarantine; my payment was not late. Early in the morning, she called me yelling at me for not moving out of my unit. Their contract states that I am allowed to stay in my unit unless a certain amount of time passes with non payment. I rent the storage in U-haul ****************************************************** location, when I went to make a payment my surprise. They reserved my storage to other client because my storage was empty and the point is my contract expire *** 15-2022 and I went to pay *** 14-2022 if is empty or not is my problem I paid for that space and they gave to another person, before my month expire without me know it they do not respect the contract and nobody told me I have to use a lock with lock or without lock anyway I paid fo... read more

I reserved a 9 foot trailer a week in advance. They only offered a smaller trailer- that wont work.Customer service inside the store was horrible. They guys outside are great

This has been the worst experience I have had with any company. They appeared to retaliate against me when they breached the contract and I pointed it out. I was able to login and pay my storage rent online for the first two months. After that, when I would login to pay the site told me I had no rent due. I know this wasn't true because they gladly accepted payment over the phone or via check through snail-mail. Same as most others, reservation cancelled last minute because they had **** trucks available. What a c*** company.

I have used this Uhaul location vor over forty years. However, I made Hitch and Electrical Harness purchase through Uhaul.com.After waiting 3 week for the install appointment, the day of the install, and when we got onsite, I was told the Electrical Harness was not onsite. They said they would order the Electrical Harness from **** and have it the next day. Two week later Uhaul does not have the harness, and has not followed up with the install or even keeping additional appointments.*******************

Reserved a 20 foot truck and car transport to go from ********** ******* to ********. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. I had called into the ********** ******* Uhaul to make the reservation which I believe they gave me to the reservation department. I was given the confirmation number and was told I would receive a call, text, or email with where I would need to pick the truck up from a couple days before my reservation. I made a reservation to rent a car hauler more than a month in advance. They made the reservation with me, took my credit card information, sent me a confirmation email, along with an email instructing me to do an online check in to make the process go faster, which I did. I called to confirm my reservation about 9 days prior to scheduled pick up and was assured everything was fine. I reserved a 26' foot truck on March 22, 2022 for a one-way move occurring on May 5 (Over six weeks in advance). There was no indication that there was any issue with the Pick Up, Drop Off or truck selection when making the reservation.On May 4th, two days before picking up the truck, I was notified that there are no more 26' foot trucks. Anywhere. I was have to take a 20' Tuck and a 6' x 12' trailer. Fine.
