Breaks his own contract by not doing what he wrote in the contract and expects you to pay the same amount . Then when questioned about it gets mad and leaves work unfinished and threatens you with an attorney. And says you broke the contract. So you call and ask him for his legal counsel information and he hangs up on you. If you don't know much about construction you don't want this guy! Putting this out there so other people don't get taken advantage of! Do your research before hiring any company.
