It doesn’t look good when you walk into an establishment and no one is at the counter for more than 10-15 minutes to acknowledge the customers and door dash drivers. Everybody is in the back in the kitchen area. This is bad for business and I hope it gets addressed. Customers are hungry and wasted time and lost money for dashers!
Great food but no one is trained to greet you or provide any type of service in any of the locations. I really do enjoy the food, just wish they had friendlier staff.
The flavor is great!!! The chicken itself is cheap!! Not tender and so much connective tissues you can tell it’s cheap AF!! Just use higher quality chicken!!
Not sure why it took 30 mins to get an order that isn’t that hard to make. The store is all self order, no one is at the counter, no seat inside so watch out for summer. Not a place for quick meal. Didn’t expect 30 for my order. Staff is rude and not friendly. Gave my order but no napkins, cutlery to eat. Not worth the money for the food or service. I am usually pretty good about giving grace to service industry but management need to come experience it themselves.
