Today I visited the establishment and it's a shame they kept my order waiting too long and another person who ordered after me delivered the food quickly. They made me wait too long. I felt discriminated against for being of Hispanic origin. 🤔🤷 what draws your attention is that I have always been a customer of the business 🤦🥺
I can’t rave enough about Bonchon on K St. near Navy Yard! My wife and I had an incredible experience here, and it was all thanks to the outstanding hospitality from Jeff, the owner, and his amazing team. Jeff went above and beyond by offering us complementary iced teas while we enjoyed the outdoor seating area, waiting for our order. Bonchon Navy Yard delivers exactly what you hope for: wings that are crispy, saucy, and seriously addictive, plus bulgogi that’s flavorful and tender. The beer selection is solid—nothing flashy, but it does the job. Service was attentive and friendly, which kept things moving smoothly. Ordering at Bonchon starts a little differently than most dine-in spots. We sat ourselves at a high top table. There was a QR code to access the menu. When the site loaded, right at the top before you even browse, you’re told you must select a tip before placing your order. They note you can ask a manager to change it later if needed.
