I'm from NYC have to admit the food at BONCHON taste better.....
Don't order on their website thinking they'll send their own delivery driver your way. Because they use a third-party app, my order took 15 minutes to make and 80 minutes to be delivered...... two blocks down the road. If my partner hadn't been sick, I would have just picked it up, but instead it was cold, soggy, and overcooked all at once. Shame because I used to go to Bonchon in NJ and LA all the time, and the food/service was good then.

I’ve been a regular at this Bonchon since I work at the post office across the street, but after today, I won’t be coming back. A week ago, I ordered food for myself and my coworkers, only to find that my chicken was undercooked and raw. I called to let them know, and the manager was actually very nice—he apologized and even offered to remake my food.
