Safe bet. Always good food at any Bonchon. However most locations always seem to be understaffed. Tried the wings for the first time. Wow. Amazing. My ho to is Dolsot Bibimbap
Either shrinkflation has hit the franchisee, or they don't care about quality control in the kitchen. We don't plan to find out, because we won't be ordering from this location again. The chicken wings we received were the smallest they've ever been in Bonchon history, and certain "wings" were even incomplete. Historically, Bonchon is known for their double-fried, large and tasty crispy wings covered in sauce. We did not get that at this location.
Food is great, chicken is still crispy even cold. Service was kinda slow, but the place was great.
Always love having some Bonchon chicken!!! Soy flavor is my favorite.
