It was our first time trying Bonchon in Addison. We saw a video on Instagram about the crispy chicken, so we thought we’d give it a go. We were pleasantly surprised by how crispy the chicken was; it had a really nice flavor. We also ordered a side of onion rings, which were super crunchy and delicious, and a side of sweet potato waffle fries. Not cool to ask patrons to tip or to provide service based on the possibility of getting an attractive tip from customers. Employers should pay their employees and NOT expect patrons to give a gratuity for walking in to buy your product. What a joke of a practice. I work hard for my money just as your employees do for theirs, why then, is the burden on me to pay a gratuity because I decided to choose to buy from you?
