Poor service. Mediocre food. I stood in front of the guy for over 30 seconds before he looked up and acknowledged me. No smile, no welcome. The order came out wrong, I almost entered the kitchen to find an employee to fix it. The boneless wings were nugget sized. The sauces were gelatinous. The onion rings were sugary but ok. I won't return, so don't bother responding. Just do better.
Very slow and the staff had shirts covered in stains and animal hair
Visiting from Florida and semi familiar with Bon Chon from visiting Cambridge MA and Orlando FL locations. Walked in and was promptly greeted by Gladys who was so attentive and professional. She suggested a new flavor which was DELICIOUS! Overall, food was hot and fresh and service was quick. Thanks to Gladys who really made the visit enjoyable. Would definitely come back again.
