This is my second time here at this location and both times I had a great experience. I ordered the Bulgogi Fries and Sotteok Sotteok which were both very good. I would recommend this spot for a date or nice dine-in option. Went back a the next day and got the fried rice with Bulgogi protein. Amazing! Not what they used to be. It seems like every time I co.e in, the chicken is a little less crunchy. They're not frying it nearly long enough. One leg was actually still pink inside. It's sad, as this place used to be amazing!
It was supposed to be my first trying this. Ordered from DoorDash. I had 5 dashers go and unassign the order. Tried calling the restaurant no one answered. They must’ve been too busy
Very disappointing service. I received a confirmation that my order was ready, but when I arrived, it actually wasn’t ready. The guy at the front didn’t explain the situation or even acknowledge me, and I was basically ignored. If the order wasn’t ready, I should have been informed instead of receiving a false confirmation and wasting my time. Very poor communication and customer service.
