I was in town on business and looked up restaurants close to my hotel. This one popped up and was about five minutes from me. It is located in a small strip plaza and you just walk in to be seated. They are extremely busy with people seated to eat and to-go orders. When I arrived, someone was cleaning tables, taking payment, and delivering food to tables. They almost always screw something up but usually I'm there to exchange it for the correct thing. Ordered delivery directly from them, no 3rd party app. Took over an hour to get here. Delivery driver didn't call when he got here, contrary to the instructions I gave in the box they provide for special instructions. They forgot the $8 fries. I called and whoever I spoke to couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, said he would check on it and basically hung up, didn't take my name, order number, etc nothing. & To top it all ... read more
