According to Dallascad.org the Bonaventure was built in 1981. As of 2025 it is now 41 years old. In late June of 2025 I toured the ENTIRE property. Based on my personal experience I saw an EXTREMELY outdated property. The ladies locker room appeared to be original from 1981, same for the indoor and outdoor pool areas. I was only a guest, only had a Lobby experience when meeting a friend. Everyone was 100% top notch friendly, the residents in lobby were all friendly, happy, positive about living there. Receptionist / Hostess was super nice & friendly.
This place is so classy. Pool Area is so clean and very well kept.
Amazing place to live! Staff is the best!!!! Grounds (pool, tennis courts, jogging path) are gorgeous and safety/security is top notch. 24 hour full service gym, security, valet. There’s really no other place like it in Dallas.
I’ve lived here 32 years and I love the building but our board like all the rest is as worthless as worthless Ross management company. If you’re in a high-rise and worthless Ross known as worth Ross is your management company? I feel sorry for you. I have no idea how they hypnotize the board like they do but it’s a regular clown show. I’ll continue to live here hoping one day there’ll be a board that works for the building not the management.
