My experience with Dr. Bonadies and his staff as well as Griffen Hospital in the surgical repair of my hernia in July of 2013, was exceptional all the way. Negative comments I've read on this website seem like the work of pranksters -- or jealous competitors. Dr. Bonadies is skilled, knowledgeable, as well as compassionate and patient to answer any concerns or questions. I am able to return to work just two weeks post surgery. The office/medical staff are courteous, efficient , and friendly.

No, they are almost always unavailable
Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment Were you able to relax during your appointment? They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
