Based on our experience, and consistent with what others have said, these homes and apartment complexes by Bonacio are built very quickly, with a noticeable focus on speed over long-term quality. These properties are then rented at top-of-market rates, which makes the cost difficult to justify. I am disappointed in the job Bonacio company did on my building a few years ago. A pipe burst just last weekend and damaged the downstairs laundry room, community room and parts of mail area. And floors in some of the halls had to be redone. I do not trust this company. I believed they were parsimonious in their materials. Cheaply done. I do not recommend them.

When you hear or see the name Bonacio Construction, you know your project has been completed properly and thoroughly. They are one of the finest Construction Managers in the industry. They are at RISE Riverview Apartments in Corinth and the work there is stellar! They can handle apartment jobs, campsites, medical builds, you name it. It's been an honor to work with everyone there. I do not recommend this company. They renovated the building that I live in and did a shoddy job. Now they have to come back and redo all the hallways. I was expecting better quality than this. They took shortcuts and were parsimonious with the materials. What a disappointment!
